    10 Jumping Lunges, then in each direction:
    -10 Neck Circles
    -10 Shoulder Circles
    -10 Knee Circles
    -5 Trunk Circles
    (20min max)
    Metcon
    Murph (Time)
    For Time:
    1-Mile Run
    100 Pull-ups
    200 Push-ups
    300 Air Squats
    1-Mile Run
